How did you feel about your nutrition and training before commencing your program? What was it that made you decide to jump on board?


"I had recently started to better my nutrition but could feel myself struggling, which inevitably meant falling off the band wagon (again), so I knew I needed to do something about it. My training was non-existent. Being a single mum of 3 kids and working full time in an office job, I was barely getting 1-2k steps per day and just exhausted all the time.

I had recently had a health scare that really made me look at my choices, and this time, it wasn't about losing weight. It was about being healthy and strong and building everyday habits for myself but also my children."

Were you nervous about starting?


"When I started I was excited but also very nervous. The idea of an online coach was something I'd never considered, and I had my doubts if this would work as nothing before had ever stuck. After a video call with Ben and Danni, I felt like we were on the same page and they really understood where I was at and how to educate and support me on this journey."

How early in the program did you realise that you were going to be successful following our approach?


"After the first video call with Ben and Danni I was feeling really positive that this program could help and by the second week as we got into it more I knew the advice and tweaks we were making with my food and exercise would be things I could stick to long term."

What changes you implemented are you most proud of? Why?


"I am now incorporating so many more whole foods into our family meals to fuel our body and mind.

I have increased my steps per day from 1-2k up to 9-15k per day, and it has made a huge difference to my mental health, my weight loss, and my overall energy levels. I am more active with my kids, and they've noticed it as well."

"My nutrition is 100 times better now compared to where I started. I used to feel tired and sluggish all the time, and now I have so much more energy and fueling my body with the foods we are eating. My body is not only smaller with losing weight but it is stronger and healthier, I have so much more respect and pride in my body and what it can do and I can keep up with my kids so much easier."

What would you say to someone who is flirting with our coaching but hasn't started yet?


"Jumping on board with Danni and Ben was the best decision I have made to get my health on track. They met me where I was at and focused on educating me about some of the basics and strategies that I can use in all environments without tracking calories taking over my life.

We worked with the foods I like or the meals that were already part of our rotation and looked at how to tweak them, which made it so much more manageable for our family.

I loved being able to reach out to them at any time with questions, and by the end of it, I felt like they really are friends; even my daughter loved jumping in on our calls to say hello. If you're thinking about it, just jump in and give it a go, it's 100% worth it."
